We’re a Soccer Academy focused creating a warm welcoming, safe & enjoyable environment in which aspiring young footballers can flourish and develop, not only as footballers but as individuals.
OUR KEY VALUES
- The safety of each player is our absolute priority, to keep all individuals as safe as possible and to minimise the risks as far as reasonably possible.
- We pride ourselves on being diverse and welcome all children, of any gender and level of ability from the age of 18 months -14 and offer appropriate coaching.
- Most important to us is the enjoyment of the children, seeing them develop, improve and enhance their social skills whist being part of a team.
- Our mission is to create a family-like feel and welcoming environment and mentor and support each child’s individual needs.
- At South Coast Soccer Academy our objective is develop all players based on their specific requirements and help them improve technique & tactical awareness in game situations whilst having fun and making friends in the process.
- A new team member of the Academy will be joining a team culture, with a focus on team values including respecting and helping others, team work and integrity, displaying high standards of behaviour and listening to others in an enjoyable environment.
- We will ensure that taking part is the most important objective and never let winning take over as the main priority.
- We will build a relationship with the individual children based on openness, honesty, trust and respect.
- We will encourage the children to be active whilst finding something they enjoy in the process, no matter what their level of ability.
