OWEN CALLAGHAN
South Coast Soccer Academy was founded in 2022 by Owen Callaghan, who has a passion for football, coaching and developing others. Owen’s background covers a wealth of playing experience, starting at Brighton Centre of Excellence from 11- 16, followed by a 13 year career playing in the County League for teams across the South Coast including Shoreham, Peacehaven, Lancing, Worthing United and Littlehampton. He works in a Leisure Management role and has 17 years of coaching and personal training experience, helping people achieve their goals and it is his mission and passion to pass on this knowledge to develop younger people, in a safe & fun environment whilst making them more active. Owen is FA qualified, safeguarding qualified and DBS checked.
